Alsasar's Combat Zenith is the accumulation of a life's work studying and blending the arcane arts and martial arts and bringing these two arts together. Alasar, a chosen of the goddess Mystra, often received dreams, visions and inspiration from the goddess herself. Alasar spent decades studying and blending parts of other spells together to create the ultimate Spellsword spell for combat. This spell blends elements from the classic spell Haste along with the work performed from the famous Arch mage Tenser and then intertwined with Alasar's legendary Alacrity spell.  

Alasar's Combat Zenith - You endow yourself with speed, focus, and martial prowess fueled by magic.

  • Your speed is doubled, you gains a +2 bonus to Armor Class, you have Advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and you gain one additional action on each of your turns. That action can be used to take only the Attack (one attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Utilize action.
  • You have advantage on attack rolls that you make with melee weapons.
  • When you hit a target with a weapon attack, that target takes an extra 2d12 force damage.
  • The Critical hit range of your melee attacks are increased by 1.

Immediately after the spell ends, you must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer one level of exhaustion.
