You can give these notes to a friend within 35 ft. They will circle around your friend.

Each of the notes triggers on a target's hit, healing the target by 1d4 + the bard's spell casting ability

this  heals scales with your character 1d4 heal dice every 1 character level

(Each level of this spell consumes the same special spell slot.)
