You target up to 8 creatures you can see within range brandishing any weapon (including wands, or any magic item that can do damage, but does not include natural weapons). The target must make a Constitution saving throw versus your spell DC. On a failure the enemy drops all weapons on their person and becomes unable to use them for the duration. The dropped items then spin in place in a 5 ft cube at rapid speeds doing 1d6 bludgeoning or slashing damage (DMs choice) to any creature that starts their turn within 5 ft of the cube. In addition dropped items make the space they occupy difficult terrain. On a successful save the creature does not lose their grasp of any weapons and my still use any of them as normally permitted, however their movement is halved as they struggle to control the item and still take 1d6 damage while holding the weapon they were brandishing. If they choose to drop the item it creates the same effect as if they had dropped it initially but do not take damage on the turn they chose to drop the weapon.
As a bonus action on your turn you may move up to four 5 ft cubes of items that were dropped 20 ft.
At each additional spell level above 5th level you may target one additional enemy and may move one additional 5ft cube of dropped items.
