Annihilation is a spell made by the lich named diovontig as he is the only one to ever learn it as to learn it you must get his spell book and spend 5 straight days studying it to be able to cast it as you can cast it at any level but you lose 1d6 premant health loss for every 2 levels you can't cast level nine spell slots when you cast it before you get level 9 spell slots

You look at someone or something and say Annihilation as centered on that point Creates a black hole that sucks everything in a 150 feet circle centered on the black hole as anyone within the radius makes a DC 22 dex save or be sucked in as if you are still in the range when it comes back to there turn they must make a another dex save. On a save the target is pulled 50 feet towards the black hole and is prone. If you failed the save then you are sucked in 

the spell ends after one round it was cast on your next turn after casting it you may either

A: make the black hole into a seemless and perfectly round ball that has a ac of 25 and has 5 hp as when it is broken the black hole collapses making everyone in a 300 feet circle centered on the black hole make a dex save of 22 or take 8d20 force damage and half on a save as the ball only lasts for 6 hours

B: you collapses the black hole makes everyone within make a dex save of 22 and if they fail they take 8d20 force damage and must make a another dex save or be sucked into the Abyssal plane 

once you cast this spell, for 2d4+1 days, you can't regain anything from a long rest. additionally, you temporally lose 1d4-1 to the ability score you cast this spell with
