The caster chooses a point within their sight and calls for judgement as the tiniest white motes rain down and zip about the area with a dizzying speed, passing through and about everything in the area.. The area of effect is a 50' radius + 10' per caster level and can be moved every round up to the caster's movement speed.
The caster takes 1d20 points of necrotic damage every round they maintain concentration on this spell after the first round.
Because of the damage inflicted on the caster of this spell, maintaining concentration requires the caster's bonus action to meditate doubling their Con modifier when making their concentration roll.
Evil aligned creatures in the area, or who start their turn in the area must make a Dexterity save to avoid damage. If failed, they take casters spellcasting modifier in Radiant damage. Damage doubles every round until the spell is dispelled, the caster ends it, or the caster loses concentration. Evil creatures entering the area encounter the current level of damage as dictated by the round multiplier.
Nothing happens to neutral creatures.
Good aligned creatures gain casters spellcasting modifier in temporary hit points every round (these do not stack), or the same number of points of healing if injured until their health is full at which points the temporary hit points initiate, and their AC is increased by 2.
This spell lasts as long as the caster maintains concentration.
At 5th level 1st round damage increases to 1d4 + mod, healing becomes 1d4 + mod, and AC increases to +3. At 11th level damage increases to 1d6+mod, healing becomes 1d6 + mod, and AC increases to +4. At 18th level damage becomes 1d8+ mod, healing becomes 1d8 + mod, and AC increases to +5.
