Blue Mana Flood

You touch one willing creature.  The creature is flooded with knowledge and insight.  For one minute that creature knows every spell on its class's spell list and can cast them without their material components.  During this time, the creature can expel the blue mana in a 5 by 60 foot line.  Any creature in that line must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 14d6 + 20 force damage.
