You touch one creature that has been dead no longer than 1,000 years, and flood the body with white mana.  The creature immediately returns to life as if it had never died.   The creature also gains 100 temporary hit points that last until they are depleted.  That creature can expend these hit points to damage all creatures within 30 feet of it.  For each hit point expended, the creatures take 1 force damage and 1 radiant damage.
