The cards whisper in your mind telling you an important moment in that creatures past. what current situation is affecting them, most heavily, in their present. And shows you a brief glimpse into their future should they continue as they are."

If you cast the spell two or more times on the same creature before finishing your next long rest, there is a cumulative 25 percent chance for each casting after the first that the cards will be blank and give you no answers. The GM makes this roll in secret.
