You summon the powers of a mischievous interplanar being, who is aware of the DM and specifically wishes to frustrate them. You create one of the following effects.
Lattice Switch. Any battle map used by the DM and players must immediately change from having a square grid to a hex grid, or vice versa.
Random Monologue. Choose a creature you can see who is currently speaking. That creature must perform a speech with a minimum of one minute in duration about whatever is on their mind. This speech is not viewed as strange or unusual by anyone nearby, and does not limit their ability to communicate, cast spells, or perform any other action of their choice.
What's Their Name? You instantly glean knowledge about up to ten creatures you can see, chosen by the DM (or as many as are visible). For each one, you receive their name, occupation, and a brief description of their appearance. This information is delivered telepathically in the voice of the individual it concerns. If a creature is actively concealing their identity, you instead perceive details about their assumed persona.
