Blood Mimic

You reach out towards a tank of blood and imbue it with a spark of your own life. It changes shape to appear the same as the caster, but it has half your hit point maximum(rounded down). The mimic is formed via blood and visually adopts your current form and equipment. The blood mimic cannot speak, but understands the same languages as the caster. Otherwise, the mimic uses all the statistics of the creature it duplicates, including any senses and movement, except that it is a construct. It does not gain any benefit from any currently equipped gear or cast spells.

The blood mimic is friendly to you and creatures you designate. It obeys your spoken commands, moving and acting in accordance with your wishes and acting after your turn in combat. The blood mimic is able to cast any spell you know, with the exception of spells that require concentration. In addition, it can only take one action or bonus action, and it cannot cast more than one spell of any kind in a single turn. The level of spells it is able to cast is dictated by the level of the spell slot used to cast the blood mimic, equal to half the spell's level rounded down. Whenever your blood mimic casts a leveled spell, the equivalent level of spell slot is removed from your own stores. If you have no spell slots available, the mimic can only cast cantrips. The mimic uses your spell attack bonus and spell save DC.

The duration of the spell depends on the level of the slot used. 5th level: 1 minute. 7th level: 10 minutes. 9th level: 1 hour.

If you cast this spell again onto the same source of blood, the duration of the spell is increased by the amount granted by the new casting of the spell. Once the spell ends, the blood returns to the vessel it originated from as long as it is within 60ft. Otherwise, it collapses into a puddle where it stands.
