Cloudy with a Chance of Rotten Meatballs

You throw a large meatball into the sky, where it disappears and becomes a gigantic storm cloud covering a 120 square foot area. For the duration, any enemy within the area must make a Dexterity saving throw or be assaulted by large, rotten meatballs falling from the storm cloud. On failure, the creature takes 2d4 Acid damage as rotten meat burns their skin.
