The Celestial Deluge is often seen as a last resort in dire situations, as it requires both precision and concentration from the caster. When invoked, the skies darken momentarily, and radiant water cascades down, illuminating the battlefield with a brilliant glow. Allies bathed in its light feel rejuvenated, while foes are left scorched by the divine energy. This spell serves as a powerful reminder of the balance between protection and retribution, embodying Elowen's belief in the sanctity of life and the necessity of justice.

The Celestial Deluge summons a torrential downpour of radiant energy, dealing 4d6 radiant damage to enemies within a 30ft radius of effect while healing allies for 3d6 that are caught within the rain. Targets that start their turn in within the 30ft radius will take 2d6 of damage, allies can be healed for a max of 20hp.

  • At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st. Allies can heal for an extra 1d6 for a max of 30hp at spell level 5, a max of 40hp at lvl 11, and a max of 50 at lvl 17.
