Water Breathing; Nephilim

Nephilim can grant water breathing to themselves for free and to team members on a limited basis.  Typically a number of friendly actors equal to their proficiency plus charisma bonus. However if cast on anyone other than themselves the water breathing only lasts for one hour and cannot be recast until a long rest.
