The creature is infected with the boils of corruption. When the target is attacked, the attacker has to make a Constitution saving throw of 18. If successful, the target takes 2d8 poison damage. When failed, the target is infected with the boils of corruption and takes 4d8 poison damage. If you are infected with the boils of corruption, you will take 2d8 poison damage at the start of each turn.

They boil and persist on corpses and plants.

It deals no damage if you are a Great Unclean One or a Plaguebearer.
