On a failed saving throw, they are also subjected to the debilitating effects of the spell, suffering from temporary aquatic paralysis and disorientation. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw again at the end of their next turn to shake off the effects or continue to suffer from the sensation of drowning until they succeed or drop to 0hp.
