Water Blast

With a wave of you hand, you condense moisture in the air around you to materialize a mass of clear, fresh water, quickly hurling it a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against one creature or object in range. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 Bludgeoning damage.

Cantrip Upgrade. The spell creates two blast at level 5, three blasts at level 11, and four blasts at level 17. You can direct the blasts at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each blast.

Spell Upgrade. By casting this spell at with level 1 spell slot you can give a target vulnerability to lightning damange.
