You touch an entity, nonmagical object, or spell effect with the tip of your finger or your palm. What you have touched must then make a Constitution saving throw if applicable. On a failed save, it takes 1d8+6 slashing damage and on a successful save, half as much. Then roll a d20. If you roll a critical, the affected item is split in two. If targeting a creature, living or undead, you lop off one of the targets limbs, or a similar effect as determined by your GM. Any creature reduced to 5 HP or less by this spell is instantly killed and bisected.
This spell does double damage to objects and buildings.
At player level 6, you may attempt to bisect magical items starting with a rarity of Common. For every 3 levels further (9, 12, 15, 18, 21*), you may attempt to bisect an item of one degree higher rarity/strength.
Add 1d8 Slashing damage per spell slot above Level 3
