You summon six incorporeal mephits, carrying large bells, who fly around you pointing and chittering menacingly at your foes for the spell’s duration. When you cast the spell — and as a bonus action on each of your turns thereafter — you can send one or two of the mephits, streaking toward up to two different creatures. The mephits toll the bell for the target and each creature must make a Charisma saving throw or take 2d4 psychic damage and subtract 1d4 from their next saving throw, until the end of your next turn. A successful save negates the negative effects to saving throws.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, increase the spell damage and saving throw effects by 1d4 for each slot level above 2nd.
