With this spell the caster calls out to the god of the sea, Hallie. With his blessing he grants the caster a bit of his divine power into a powerful burst of water mixed with lightning. This spell causes 4d12 damage adding two extra dice at higher levels. The opponent must make a strength saving throw or be knocked back 15 feet. (the range is 120ft it won't let me put it in for some reason)
