You fracture your arcane reserves into smaller portions. You regain a number of expended spell slots whose combined levels equal 3. For example, you can recover one 2nd-level spell slot and one 1st-level slot, or three 1st-level slots.

You cannot recover a spell slot of equal or higher level than the slot used to cast this spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the total number of levels you can recover increases by 1 for each slot level above 3rd.
