Vortex Singularity

You control the fabric of the weave to cause a singularity of black nebulous light. Choose a point within range, each creature within a 20 foot radius sphere must make a constitution saving throw against your DC, on a failure; a creature is pulled 10 feet towards the centre of the black hole, knocked prone and takes 12 d12 force damage, on a success  a creature takes half as much and is not moved.
