Boreas's Kiss

You encapsulate a creature within range in a pocket of fiercely cold air. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or drop any object in hand. They also have disadvantage on any cold-based saving throws until they make a successful Constitution saving throw.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spellslot of 2nd level or higher, you may extend the durationby 1 minute. Alternatively, for every two levels above 1stlevel, you may instead choose to have the target suffer alevel of exhaustion on the first failed saving throw, up toa maximum of three levels of exhaustion.
