Earth – Control Earth – Bludgeoning Damage
You choose a visible area of dirt or stone within range that fits within a 5-foot cube and manipulate it in one of the following ways:
-
Excavate: If the target area contains loose earth, you can instantly excavate and shift it along the ground, depositing it up to 5 feet away. This movement is gentle and cannot cause damage.
-
Shape & Mark: You can alter the appearance of the dirt or stone by forming patterns, images, or written symbols in it. These visual changes remain for 1 hour.
-
Alter Terrain: If the targeted ground is natural terrain, you can transform it into difficult terrain. Likewise, you can revert difficult terrain into normal terrain. This effect lasts for 1 hour.
-
Blast of Earth: You hurl a wave of loose earth in a 10-foot by 5-foot area. All creatures in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d4 bludgeoning damage.
If you cast this spell multiple times, you may have no more than two non-instantaneous effects active at once. You can dismiss one of these effects as an action.
