Damage/Effect
You tear a piece of the natural world from its place (ex: rock, root, fire, water, or decay) and hurl it with unnatural force at a target. Choose one of the following natural elements within 30 feet of you. The element is launched toward a creature or object within 30 feet. If the projectile hits a creature, they must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target suffers the listed damage and secondary effect. On a successful save, they take half damage and avoid any additional effects.
Element | Damage | Secondary Effect |
---|---|---|
Stone | 3d6 bludgeoning | On a failed save, the target is knocked prone if Medium or smaller. |
Flame | 2d6 fire | Target catches fire, taking 1d6 fire damage at the start of their next turn unless they or another creature uses an action to extinguish the flames. |
Vine | 2d6 slashing | Target is restrained by thorny vines until the end of their next turn. |
Water | 2d6 cold | Target is pushed 10 feet away and has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its turn. |
Spores | 1d6 poison | Target is poisoned until the end of your next turn and has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration. |
