When you cast this spell chose up to 9 target creatures. Targets may make a wisdom save or disappear from where they are and then simultaneously reappear in different places within range of your choice that is touching the ground. Any fall damage that would be delt before teleporting is dealt but any damage that would be gained during the teleport is negated.
You can also cast this spell as a reaction to someone else teleporting withing range. If you do it uses a spell slot of every level below 5th as well as the initial 5th level slot. Target makes a wisdome save dc of double your spell save dc. On a success nothing happens. On a failure they teleport 1d10X10 miles farther then they intended in what ever derection they were going.
At Higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can target 1 more creature for each slot level above 5th.
