Over the course of 5 rounds, you utter a phrase as three large, magical circles appear in a line in front of you.
Turn 1: In the name of those buried in destiny… I shall make this oath to the light.
Turn 2: Mark the hateful beings who stand before us…
Turn 3: Let your strength merge with mine,
Turn 4: so that we may deliver the power of love to all…
Turn 5: ARCANA SLAAAVE!
Once the final phrase is uttered on the 5th turn, an enormously large, incandescent beam fires from the circles. The beam is a cylinder that is 20 feet in diameter and 300 feet long. Any creature caught in this area of destruction takes 30d12 radiant damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target is stunned for one turn. On a success, the target is not stunned. Creature brought to 0 hitpoints by this spell are reduced to dust, along with any non-magical items and magical, non-artifact items worth less than 30,000gp the creature was wearing. The creature can only be brought back to life by means of a true resurrection or a wish spell.
