Your target becomes overwhelmed with clumsiness, doubt and insecurity. 

The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, all checks that require the target creature to role a d20 are now replaced with a d12 instead.

The spell ends immediately if you attack, break line of sight of the target or break concentration.
