Blood silk cocoon

Pick a target within range, a dome of silk threads surrounds the target and that target must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the target is restrained and takes 4d8 slashing damage and 2d8 necrotic damage. After casting this spell you can use your action to deal an additional 2d8 necrotic damage to the target. At the end of the targets turn it can make a strength check against your spell save DC, on a success the target takes 2d6 slashing damage and the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 and the later slashing damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th.
