Warped Mind’s Embrace

Touch the mind of a target creature you can see within 60ft of you, dealing 1d6 necrotic damage. The target must make a Wisdom save or become frightened. The target will take 1d4 necrotic damage and remained frightened for an additional 2 turns unless a Wisdom save is made. If no save is made and the spell ends, the target will be under the effects of Charm Person for the next minute or until they take damage from any source.
