Become Ballsack

Choose a creature you can see. They must make a constitution save; on a success, nothing happens. On a failure, they painfully transform into a sentient ballsack attached to any part of the caster's body. The ballsack remains conscious and is able to view the world through the eyes of the caster. The spell ends once the caster gets hit in the ballsack by any means, which dispels each casting of become ballsack.
