You create a magic circle, visible only to you,people with true sight and the detect magic spell. This circle causes the target to make a dexterity saving throw or take 4d6 lighting damage. If they fail the dexterity save, they must make a constitution save or become paralysed. This con save can be repeated at the end of each of their turns after. If the target is large or bigger, they have disadvantage on the dex save and creatures smaller than medium have disadvantage on the con save.
