Avada Kedavra

You point the wand at the target and yell "AVADA KEDAVRA" and a green bolt  of magic shoots out of your wand at the target. The target must make a DC 10+ your spell modifier dexterity saving throw or DIE. if a creature gats killed by this spell NOTHING can revive them. there is a catch though, you must be truly evil and mentally sick to be able to cast this spell. your alignment must be chaotic evil to cast this spell. If the dm says your not evil enough to cast this spell then roll a D20, 11 or above, you cast it, but 10 or below, yo roll another D20 and add your wisdom modifier, then you make a intelligence check, the last roll was the DC. Also you must have done the "Ritual of Death" before this to cast it. If you didn't,  you must wait 100d1000 years until you can cast it again.
