These spells upgrades are dependent on Ranger level.

Level 1                 Silently you can magically mark one creature you can see within range as your quarry. Until the spell ends, you deal an extra 1d6 Force damage to the target whenever you hit it with an attack roll. You also have an Advantage on any Wisdom (Perception or Survival) check you make to find it.

Spell Upgrade.

Level 3                 From 3rd level spell doesn't require concentration, or a verbal component but needs a material component (Ranger/Druidic Focus).

Level 5                 Improved Hunter Mark, Extended cast range 120ft, duration 1 hour/level, can track target 1 mile/ level.

Level 7                 Slayer, The damage die of your Hunter’s Mark is a 2d4 rather than a d6.

Level 9                 Hunter Prey, The caster knows where the target is. If the character has a condition placed on them where disadvantage is considered, the Hunter’s Mark remains in effect, and disadvantage is ignored. i.e. Target casts invisibility on themselves, or if the target becomes prone, but not if the target is prone when Hunter's Marks are placed on the target. Blinded, Frightened, Heavily ObscuredHide, Invisible, Prone etc (use DM consideration i.e running behind a stone wall dependent on attack).

Level 11               Defensive Tactics, if the creature with Hunters Mark cast on them attacks the Character they attack with disadvantage.

Level 13               Master Hunter, You can cast Hunters Mark on to two creatures of your choice, that you can see within range.

Level 15               Superior Hunter’s Prey, Once per turn when you deal damage to the other creature marked by your Hunters Mark.

Level 17               Precise Hunter, You have an Advantage on attack rolls against the creature currently marked by your Hunters Mark.

Level 20               Foe Slayer, The damage die of your Hunters Mark is a 3d4 rather than a d10.

If the target drops to 0 Hit Points before this spell ends, you can take a Bonus Action to move the mark to a new creature you can see within range.
