Analyze Living

Cast on a living creature you can see, to sense one of the following things:

Analyze Resistances: Sense information about a number of magic resistances and immunities given living being has
Analyze Will: Sense whether if a certain damaging spell or ability of your choosing has a chance of killing the living being (without critical hit)
Analyze Intentions: Sense intentions of the target living being. In combat this will reveal it's next target and/or ability it's going to use against it, out of combat you can sense whether this being will attack or flee when confronted.
