Once the target is affected by the spell, they will have a bad feeling. At your discretion, you may trigger the main effect of the spell as long as the target is still on the same plane as when you casted the spell.

[cooldown 10 minutes] Main effect: The target is hit with an ear-piercing noise of your choice that only they can hear dealing (1d4 + spellcasting bonus) damage.

After 3 uses the target gains the confused condition until the end of the spell's duration. After 6 uses the target will gain the prone condition as they curl up on the ground holding their ears, terrified of the noise for 15 minutes after each use.
