Posted Apr 12, 20263rd level in order to mind control for 10 minutes, unspecified wisdom save, could very well end in one enemy with this spell controlling half a party and then everyone gets wiped (or defeating the BBEG by mind controlling them with a 3rd level spell). Extremely balanced, cook again.
