Arcane Rage

Target a creature you can see within the range of the spell, the target gains temporary HP equal to 5 +  the targets con modifier. The target dose not have disadvantage on range spell attacks if they are within five feet of a creature and has a +2 to spell attack rolls.  The spell ends if the target dose not make melee attack for two of their turns.
