put that weight on someone else.

as an action, make a spell attack roll against a creature you can see, on it a hit crush them with that burden.

the attack does (1D8) force damage plus spell attack modifier , or cause the prone condition against the creature.

if you force the creature to go prone, they take no damage from the attack.

the damage goes up by (1D8) at levels 5,11 and 17. this damage can be spread out across multiple creatures in (1D8) increments. only one attack roll is made, that number is used for all instances. the prone condition can be applied to any one creature affected by the spell, that creature does not take any damage.
