Babble

You attempt to hinder the spellcasting and speech of a creature. One creature within range must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or babble uncontrollably for the duration. The target cannot communicate or cast spells with verbal components. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
