You can return a dead creature you touch to life, provided it has been dead no longer than 7 days. The spell infuses the target with your blood, creating a permanent connection between you.
If the creature’s soul is both willing and free to return, it revives with all its hit points. This spell neutralizes any poisons and cures normal diseases afflicting the creature when it died. It doesn’t remove magical diseases, curses, or similar effects; if these aren’t removed prior to casting the spell, they afflict the target on its return to life.
This spell creates a Blood Bond between you and the resurrected creature. The bond can only be broken by a wish spell. While bonded:
You always know each other’s emotional state and general location (distance and direction) if on the same plane.
If either of you is reduced to 0 hit points, the other takes 2d10 psychic damage.
Healing spells cast by either of you on the other function as if cast at one level higher.
Blood Sacrifice. When casting this spell, you take 5d4 damage as your blood forms the connection that returns the target to life. This damage can’t be reduced or prevented in any way.
* - ((a vial of the caster’s blood mixed with diamonds worth at least 500 gp, which the spell consumes))
