Chidori

A mid ranged spell that allows the user to dash forward and strike with their hand in the form of a lightning blade, doing 2D12 lightning damage. Target must make a CON save to take half damage. Upon failure, the target takes the damage but also a -2 to all rolls.

Upcasting- Upcasting this spell allows to add an additional D12 to the damage up to the 5th level. Upcasting past 5th level does nothing. The penalty to rolls also increases by 1 on upcasting, but also caps out at 5th level.
