You point at a willing spell caster within range and establish a mental connection to share your arcane energy with the target. On the next turn, the target can cast a known spell from their spell list using the spell slot that you used to cast this spell. The spell the target can cast must be of the same level as this spell. 

The target can also use the provided spell slot to upcast a spell that deals damage or restores Hit Points.
