Blizzard Wind

You conjure a localized blizzard with a radius of 10 feet centered on a point within range. Any creature within the blizzard must make a constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 8d6 cold damage, or half on a successful save. If a creature is standing at the center of the blizzard, the damage for that creature is instead 12d6 cold damage. 

Higher Levels: 
Casting this spell with a spell slot of level 5 or higher increases the damage by 1d6 for each spell slot level above fourth.
