Bolt

You hurl a bolt of lightning at a target you can see withing range like a spear. The target and each creature within 10 feet of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw. The target takes 3d10 lightning damage on a failed save and is paralyzed, or half as much damage on a successful one and is not paralyzed. The surrounding creatures take 1d10 lightning on a failed save, or nothing on a successful one.
