Make a Ranged Spell Attack against a Creature within 60ft if you hit the target takes 2d4+Spellcasting Stat Psychic Damage, each time the target makes a Attack Roll, Saving Throw or Ability Check they take 1d4 Psychic Damage, the target also has Disadvantage on all Concentration Checks.

At Higher Levels

The Damage Increases by 2d4 Psychic Damage for the Initial damage and the Damage they take when making an Attack Roll, Saving Throw or Ability Check  for each spell level used above 2nd level.
