Alterer Appearance

You permanently change the appearance of the target. You decide what they look like, including their height (+/- 6 inches for medium creatures or 3 inches for small creatures), weight (+/- 25 pounds for medium creatures or 10 pounds for small creatures), facial features, hair length, coloration, eye shape and color, physical gender, skin color, and distinguishing characteristics. This spell can correct deformities but cannot restore lost senses, or missing body parts. The spell only works on humanoids, and the target must be willing for the spell to work. Any attempt to resist breaks the spell and wastes the material components. During the spell the target is rendered unconscious and remains that way throughout the casting process. The spell is extremely taxing for the target who gains 4 levels of exhaustion after the spell is cast. While the spell can make a target look older or younger it does not change their actual age. Multiple castings of this spell are possible, however a creature cannot change their size or weight outside of their racial maximums or minimums. This spell cannot alter a target's abilities in any way, or cause them to look exactly like another humanoid.
