Veil of Mist

You draw two lines with your hands and create a veil of mist centered around you at a 30 ft radius. The area is considered obscured for all creatures excepting the caster. For the duration the caster experiences time at a slower rate. They can take two actions per turn and move up to double their movement speed. The veil moves centered on the caster and can be dispelled by a magical wind.
