Create 2 clones of the caster within 30 feet of the caster. These clones mimic your motions and movements but do not move from where they are placed.
Physical interaction with the clones reveal them to be an illusion, because things can pass through it. A creature that uses its action to examine the image can determine that it is an illusion with a successful Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC. If a creature discerns the illusion for what it is, the creature can see through the image, and its other sensory qualities become faint to the creature.
If a clone is attacked, it explodes into a cloud of ice shards and the attacker must make a Dexterity saving throw. The attacker takes 3d6 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
As a standard action while concentrating on this spell, the caster may swap places one of the clones.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, add another clone for each slot level above 4th.
