Spectral vines grow from the ground or a nearby wall reaching for a target you can see, the target makes a Con save DC 15, at disadvantage if the target has a habit or affinity for drinking- DM discretion. The target takes 1d4 psychic damage and on a failed save becomes drunk- remaking the save at the end of its subsequent turns. Under the Drunk condition the target must make an intelligence check DC 17 at the beginning of each turn to determine if they understand what is happening in their drunk state. On a fail the target is unable to determine who it's allies and enemies are and possible even who they are- they spend their turn trying to figure that out. On a success the target identifies its allies and enemies and can choose to act as it would when wasted, all attacks are at disadvantage until the condition is ended. If the target takes damage it can reroll the Con save.
