Alectoth's Hearth Flame

The caster summons forth fires from the depths of the Abyss. All enemy creatures within the area must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failed save they must take 5d10 Fire Damage and 5d8 Necrotic Damage. They also gain a Hearth Burn. On a successful save they take half the total damage and do not gain Hearth Burn. 

When attacking a creature with Hearth Burn, the attacker heals for half the total damage then the burn disappears
